Job Summary
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Director - Tribe Lead / Group Product Manager focused on AI & Innovation. Key responsibilities include building and leading multiple high-impact delivery teams, driving strategic vision and innovation, managing Product Owners, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, overseeing quarterly delivery, and managing resources effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in scaling AI/ML products. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have significant experience in product management and ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams
- Successfully scaled AI/ML products from proof of concept to launch
- Strong Agile practitioner with Agile certification
- Proven track record in strategic planning and delivering workflow solutions at scale
- Proficient in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory considerations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects
- Prior experience in debt capital markets, financial services or consulting
