Job Summary
The Delivery Practice Owner is responsible for ensuring predictable delivery for Agile squad(s) within Fitch Ratings' technology delivery framework. Key responsibilities include driving the integration of AI-enabled practices into delivery processes, maintaining squad accountability, and ensuring commitments are met. The role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of team coaching and performance metrics. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and hold a Certified Scrum Master certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in Agile delivery, including experience as a Delivery Owner or Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient with delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or other advanced Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, Kanban)
- Experience with Kanban, flow metrics, DevOps practices, or AI-enabled delivery tools
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
