Job Summary
Facility/event management for Fitch Auditorium and district venues, including AV operation and event production; manage scheduling/coordination of non-athletic facility rentals using FMX; ensure compliance with background checks, privacy, and ethics training; supervise and lead diverse groups of students and staff; work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; maintain high organizational standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Able to manage AV equipment and related technology
- Experience with event production and venue management
- Ability to operate FMX or willingness to learn FMX software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to learn and use Google Workspace
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks
- Ability to train and lead diverse groups
- Commitment to confidentiality of student information
- Ability to work with students, staff, and community
- Background checks (BCI and FBI) and related compliance requirements
