Fitch Band Percussion Advisor

Fitch Band Percussion Advisor responsible for percussion instruction at Austintown Fitch High School, including attending drumline and marching band rehearsals and performances, and spring training clinics. The role requires extensive knowledge of percussion technique, ability to teach and model character and professional behavior, and to partner with the band staff to develop a high-quality drumline with Drumline Captains. Must establish positive working relationships with students, staff, and directors, maintain effective communication, and uphold high ethical standards. The candidate must complete required compliance courses and meet licensing and background-check requirements.
