Job Summary
Fit4Less Host provides friendly customer and membership services, performs daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards, and supports the club’s automated brand experience. Responsibilities include assisting members and prospective members on the workout floor, promoting black card memberships, completing daily/weekly/monthly cleanliness tasks, reporting deficiencies, delivering courteous service, helping members access memberships and automated options, and working with the manager on progress and escalation as needed. Ideal candidate has a High School diploma (or working toward it), 1 year of teamwork/volunteer experience, strong verbal and written communication, WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications, and a calm, customer-focused mindset.
