Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks on the workout floor to ensure safety and consistent cleanliness for members and associates. Deliver friendly customer service by welcoming guests warmly, educating them on memberships and automated processes, and promoting black card amenities. Complete and track daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness tasks, communications, and training while reporting deficiencies and incidents using standard guidelines. Collaborate with the manager on progress, escalation support, and membership sales to meet brand expectations and required timelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, or working toward completion
- 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience
- Verbal communication skills
- Written communication skills
- WHMIS First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
