Job Summary
The Sales Outfitter role involves greeting and assisting customers, demonstrating products, replenishing and merchandising merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, and guiding customers to make buying decisions while promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and in-store pickup. Requires high school education or equivalent, strong customer service, basic math and POS skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a part-time retail environment. Location-specific duties include standing/walking throughout shifts and occasional lifting, with a focus on delivering a legendary customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
