Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, handle merchandise with care, and demonstrate products while identifying and evaluating customer needs to make tailored recommendations. Replenish shelves per guidelines, restock as required, and assist with seasonal floor moves. Maintain accurate pricing and signing knowledge, promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, and keep work areas clean and well-stocked. Operate the Point of Sale register system and calculate discounts. Provide a legendary shopping experience by assisting customers in making buying decisions and following all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
