Job Summary
The Sales Outfitter engages customers with friendly, prompt greetings and provides product information and recommendations to support buying decisions. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, restocking and replenishing merchandise, maintaining price and signage accuracy, staying knowledgeable about advertised sales, promoting programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience, and contributing to seasonal floor merchandise movement. The role requires operating a POS system, staying aligned with company policies, and delivering a legendary customer experience in a Part Time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
