Job Summary
Fishing Manager leads sales efforts and delivers a great customer experience, analyzes inventory and merchandising to meet Scheels standards, stocks and promotes merchandise, trains associates on product knowledge, and participates in weekly sales/product knowledge training. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months of related experience or training; strong communication, math, merchandising, and teamwork skills; must be flexible to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
