Job Summary
Program Manager for the NMFS GARFO contract; serves as the central point of contact between ThinkTank Inc. and the Government, overseeing the management of contractor personnel and the contract, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the PRS/QASP quality standards, and coordinating onboarding, credentialing, and training. Responsible for coordinating across multiple programs and tasks, maintaining staffing levels, and communicating with government clients; requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and knowledge of FAR contract requirements, invoicing, and deliverable reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, business, program management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a government contracting environment
- Experience managing multi-person teams on federal contracts
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple programs and tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of FAR contract requirements, invoicing, and deliverable reporting
- Ability to interface professionally with government clients at all levels
