Job Summary
Develop and maintain a high-quality, high-impact research agenda in Operations Management, prioritizing publications in top-tier academic journals. Effectively teach core Operations Management courses and related curriculum across undergraduate, MBA, Executive MBA, and Ph.D. programs. Collaborate with faculty colleagues on research initiatives, curriculum development, and departmental projects. Submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae, Research Statement, and Teaching Statement via Workday by 10/15/2026. Hold or be near completion of a doctorate in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field. Base salary ranges from $190,000 to $210,000 depending on time in rank and performance.
Required Qualifications
- earned doctorate in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field
- Evidence of a strong research trajectory, including current working papers and/or published research in Operations Management (including domains such as Supply Chain Management, Service Operations, Project Management, etc.)
- Potential for excellence in scholarly research and publication
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills and/or success in classroom teaching
- Willingness to assist in developing and improving our core Operations Management courses and/or an elective related to research
- Ability to contribute positively to a collegial and collaborative academic environment
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a drug screen or physical
