Fish Monger Cutter

The Fish Monger Cutter will cut whole fish into steaks, filets, and other quality cuts according to standards and customer preferences. Responsibilities include custom-cutting fish to customer specifications, moving fish from cooler to cutting area, assessing quality by attributes, shape, and smell, providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, training other team members as needed, and adhering to health, sanitation, and safety regulations. The role emphasizes teamwork, minimizing waste while achieving high yield, and maintaining STEW values in daily duties. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Yonkers, NY, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
