Fish Grader

Grade sashimi-grade tuna during the receiving process from frozen fishing vessels and assess fish quality from gilled and gutted forms through to finished loin products. Perform grading on sashimi tuna loins during production to meet Japanese market standards. Male, 25-40 years old with secondary-level education and relevant experience in a tuna processing plant, particularly frozen tuna processing. Knowledge of grading frozen sashimi-grade tuna for the Japanese market is required. Supervisory or production officer experience is an advantage. Join our fish factory operations.
