Job Summary
Process employee data changes and bi-weekly payroll, preparing and analyzing reports for the Management Team while maintaining financial records for compliance. Maintain and update databases, review contracts for policy adherence, and ensure all activities align with federal, state, and local laws and GAAP principles. Perform other duties as assigned, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Occasional driving and travel may be required, with flexible hours possible. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Good driving record
- Knowledge of payroll practices
- Knowledge of budget control methods

- Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
