Job Summary
Process employee data changes and bi-weekly payroll, reviewing submissions for accuracy and completeness. Prepare, compile, and analyze reports for the Management Team while maintaining financial records for compliance. Maintain and update databases, reviewing contracts to ensure adherence to applicable policies and federal, state, and local laws. Perform other duties as assigned, utilizing knowledge of payroll practices, budget control methods, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or undergraduate degree preferred, and one year of relevant finance or accounting experience. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required. Flexible hours may be required.
