Job Summary
Payroll, billing, and general accounting duties for Abilities in Motion’s FMS Department. Responsible for payroll and billing processes, initial timesheet verification, updating information changes, data entry of consumer case notes, handling timesheet and payroll form requests, researching duplicate time entries, and responding to payroll inquiries in English and Spanish. Supports billing entries, identifies billing issues, and performs general administrative tasks (faxing, filing, copying). Requires proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to work with web-based systems (HCSIS, Annkissam). Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish (verbal and written) required
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel; web-based systems like HCSIS and Annkissam
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
