Job Summary
FMS Billing Administrator oversees payroll setup, billing processing, and reconciliation within the Financial Management Services department. Responsibilities include monitoring authorizations, maintaining accurate billing and vendor records, ensuring reimbursement compliance, preparing billing files for state reimbursement, reviewing claims for accuracy and denials, producing monthly billing trend reports, and supporting Accounts Receivable activities. Requires strong computer skills (Word, Excel, web-based systems), confidentiality with sensitive information, and the ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment. Education in Business/Finance/Accounting is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with billing processing/reconciliation required.
