Job Summary
Initiate and complete the self-direction process for people with intellectual disabilities and their families while explaining fiscal procedures and waiver documentation. Serve as a liaison between supported individuals, their families, brokers, and OPWDD to oversee budget utilization and perform monthly financial statement oversight. Conduct quality assurance, administrative support, and compliance reviews of Life Plans, including semi-annual meetings to assess service satisfaction and financial budget adherence. Maintain accurate records, gather documentation for Community Hab/FI services, and enter data into the CHOICES system. Ensure understanding of field changes and complete all assignments in a timely manner in accordance with government and agency regulations.
