Job Summary
Fiscal Director responsible for budgeting, GAAP-compliant financial statements, cost accounting, internal controls, audits, and regulatory reporting; provides timely financial condition alerts; ensures compliance with benefits plan reporting mandates and broader fiscal regulations; collaborates with CFO and leads process improvements to minimize risk and optimize program revenue. Requires a Bachelor's in finance/accounting (or related field), at least 3 years cost accounting and financial statement/budget experience, supervisory experience a plus, and proficiency with Sage 100, Sage Intelligence, Excel, and Word. This is an in-person, full-time role based in Philadelphia. Master’s degree and public health/nonprofit financial experience are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (or business administration with emphasis in one of those fields)
- Minimum of three (3) years’ cost accounting experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in preparation of financial statements, budgets, financial statement analysis
- Proficiency in Sage 100, Sage intelligence reporting, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
