People & Culture Consultant sought to work onsite with client organizations, serving as an integrated HR resource across a variety of roles and periods. Key responsibilities include acting as an operative HR resource or HR Business Partner at customer sites, supporting leaders on operational and strategic HR questions, contributing to change and organizational development processes, developing and improving HR processes, structures and systems, and supporting Talent Acquisition management in recruitment efforts. The role emphasizes versatility, rapid onboarding to new organizations, building trust across levels, and delivering high-quality HR engagement. The position accommodates multiple HR profiles (HR advisor / HR Business Partner, HR leader or Management for Hire, HR process specialist, Talent Acquisition consultant/manager) and offers exposure to diverse industries, continuous professional development, autonomy with support, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing HR services initiative at Firstrate Consulting.
