Job Summary
Conduct a 12-month rotation across up to three adult inpatient care units, including Medical, Surgical, Oncology, Ortho/Trauma, and Neuro specialties. Work alongside experienced RNs as part of a team after completing full orientation. Experience organized pathways for Medical, Surgical, and Specialty Units at Randallia Campus-Inpatient Rehab, Carew Med/Surg, 2-Surgical, or 4/5 Medical. Maintain a schedule of 24-36 hours per week while eligible for a sign-on bonus, tuition assistance, loan repayment, and BSN premium pay.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist with 100 pounds
- Good verbal and written communication skills
