Job Summary
Establish and maintain electronic Early Intervention records for all children while managing clerical tasks such as copying, accessing files, answering referral phones, and monitoring online referral in-boxes and fax lines. Assist in preparing referral data tracking and reporting, supplying weekly referral counts to the Program Director, and perform additional clerical support assignments as determined by supervision. Ensure confidentiality in accordance with State and federal requirements, report immediately to the First Steps - South East Program Director regarding potential issues, and demonstrate sensitivity to family and cultural values during all communications. Adhere to personnel standards and policies of the Fiscal Agent.

- Demonstrates proficiency in basic mathematics
