First Shift Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

Job Summary
Receive and process incoming shipments, inspecting goods against invoices to ensure accuracy. Run daily shipping reports, complete all shipping papers including bills of lading and ASNs, and prepare outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers to load and unload goods while utilizing WMS and AS400 to track inventory. Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, collaborating with team members to ensure timely fulfillment and maintaining a clean work area. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role includes an 8-hour shift with overtime opportunities at Anchor Fabrication.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to write reports in the English language
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
