First Shift Production Lead

Job Summary
Directs and manages a production team of Dryers, Washroom Attendants and Load Builders in adherence to company policies. Leads, trains, and motivates the team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals; participates in hiring decisions and maintains personnel records. Collaborates with other department leaders to maximize resource utilization, implement process improvements, and develop procedures to support department functions. Provides coaching and feedback to improve performance, monitors safety compliance, and adjusts schedules as needed to optimize the production process. Completes special assignments and ensures adherence to safety policies; offers opportunities for growth within Novo Health Services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects up to 30 pounds
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
- Demonstrated customer service, people, leadership, and organization skills with track record of achieving positive business results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
