Job Summary
The Team Member will create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, handling front desk tasks, answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, giving tours to prospective members, updating member accounts, addressing questions and concerns, and maintaining the club’s cleanliness. Requires a High School diploma/GED, 18+ years old, and a customer-service focus with basic computer skills, a positive attitude, reliability, empathy, and diplomatic communication. The role supports ongoing leadership training and offers full-time benefits including health insurance and a free black card membership.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
