Job Summary
First shift building custodian at FAIR Crystal School. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, setting up rooms for conferences/classes/events, proper care of equipment/tools/workplace, adhering to timelines and quality standards, using appropriate equipment, and contributing to fiscal responsibility related to supplies, utilities, and the environment. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading skills, ability to lift 40 pounds (up to 50 pounds on occasion), and knowledge of cleaning products/equipment. Reports to head day/night custodian and facilities leadership; 8.5-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with paid/unpaid time built into the schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sufficient reading skills
- Able to attend work regularly and report to work in a timely manner
