Job Summary
Design, price, and launch multimodal lane products while expanding the transport network with dedicated intermodal packages. Negotiate rates, capacity agreements, and service terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs and manage the vendor portfolio. Analyze product cost structures and gross margin performance to adjust pricing strategies that lift overall profitability. Collect pain points from sales and operations teams to tailor solutions that protect plant uptime. Research industry trends and competitor offerings to demonstrate operational improvements tied to lane complexity and network scale. Deliver internal product training and act as the key contact for high-priority client tender projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related majors
- 3–5 years proven intermodal transport product experience
- Fluent written & spoken English
- excellent cross-department communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of China railway, ocean and highway transport rules, lane operations and customs clearance procedures
- Solid experience in rate negotiation, cost analysis and product pricing
- strong commercial awareness of high/low margin account management
- Familiar with TMS transport management systems
