Coordinate daily dispatch by sorting based on delivery addresses and adding cash collection or refund routes to the courier's app. Process undelivered and returned shipments by obtaining signatures, IDs, and hard copies, while monitoring Stars Wallets for daily COD deposits. Execute daily verification calls on undelivered or canceled items, cancel refused shipments, and transfer orders exceeding the 24-hour holding period to the sorting facility with handover emails. Ensure SLA compliance and issue resolution between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations teams.
