Job Summary
Supervise, coach, and support warehouse personnel by preparing shift plans, allocating tasks, and overseeing daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals. Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and transport providers to act as the primary liaison, managing customer escalations and creating handover reports. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting daily safety checks, managing weekly system tests for fire alarms, and leading incident investigations. This is a 4 on, 4 off night shift role working 6pm to 6am.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate-level experience with established skills in effectively managing and motivating fast-paced warehouse teams
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control processes, Key Performance Indicators, and health and safety regulations
- Proven ability in organisational multitasking, problem-solving, and exercising sound judgement under moderate supervision
- Demonstrated competency and training in using warehouse management systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- 4 on, 4 off night shift role working 6pm to 6am
