First Impressions Associate at Christ’s Church shapes welcoming environments that foster connection, spiritual growth, and a sense of belonging. Responsible for leading and developing volunteer teams to deliver exceptional guest services from the parking lot to the worship center, coordinating hospitality needs across ministries, onboarding and training volunteer leaders, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting events with hospitality infrastructure. Collaborates with pastors and ministry leaders, mentors volunteers in servant leadership, and ensures consistent communication with team leaders to sustain a warm, intentional guest experience across church services and events.
