First Impression Specialist

Conduct face-to-face sales and billing support for walk-in customers while providing basic mobile phone troubleshooting. Answer billing questions, document all interactions via tracker, and complete assigned data entry tasks accurately. Manage office supply inventory, file monthly expense reports, and utilize team chat groups for cross-departmental information. Participate in three local ALLO-sponsored events annually and assist the Events Team with preparations. Complete initial on-the-job training in an established market before operating independently. Travel 50% to different locations within Northern Colorado using a company vehicle.
