First Impression & Marketing Specialist

Deliver high-quality customer service to all individuals engaging with the Kentucky Career Center by performing front desk reception functions, including greeting customers, checking them in, answering and routing phone calls, tracking data, and maintaining event and room booking calendars. Train, supervise, and schedule Front Desk and Resource Room volunteers and interns. Manage social media platforms and the website by developing and posting daily content in accordance with the marketing plan and branding guidelines, while creating fliers and marketing materials for KCC services and events.
