First Grade Teacher

First Grade Teacher responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program that fosters a love of learning while guiding students to develop their academic potential in an engaging classroom environment. The candidate should have expertise in the Science of Reading and early math instruction and the ability to effectively utilize data to inform instruction, differentiate learning experiences, and ensure all students are making progress toward academic goals. Collaboration with colleagues and families is emphasized, with a growth mindset and experience with Understanding by Design (UbD) curriculum framework preferred but not required.
