Job Summary
Certified Elementary First Grade teacher responsible for delivering standards-aligned instruction and using diverse teaching strategies to engage students. Develop and deliver lesson plans, regularly assess student performance, maintain accurate records, and use data to drive instructional decisions. Collaborate with instructional coaches and staff, manage the classroom, implement trauma-informed practices and restorative justice approaches, and participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field and a valid Missouri teaching certificate or eligibility for certification; preferred candidate will have experience in urban school settings and a collaborative, growth-focused mindset.

- Strong understanding of curriculum, instructional strategies, and classroom management
