First Grade-All Subjects

First Grade-All Subjects teaching role at a public charter school serving students with dyslexia. Teach all core subjects in a structured classroom with small class sizes, deliver evidence-based instruction, and implement structured literacy and intervention strategies. Maintain strong classroom systems, use data to inform instructional decisions, and demonstrate measurable student growth. Collaborate with SPED staff and leadership, maintain accurate documentation for student services and compliance, participate in meetings, and engage in ongoing professional development and coaching to support student outcomes. Commitment to structured, high-end accountability environment and fidelity to CALT/CALP dyslexia training pathways. Schedule Monday–Friday aligned to local district calendar; Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification considerations apply.
