Job Summary
Provide and maintain overall cleanliness throughout the casino, including the casino floor, offices, restrooms, and event areas. Responsible for greeting guests and team members, adhering to safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals, and assisting with guest inquiries about promotions and events. Punctuality, dependability, and effective teamwork are essential. Must read, write, and speak English fluently and perform tasks under supervision while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs. and push, pull or drag up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to provide all necessary work authorization documents in the U.S.
- Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Guest Services experience
- Inventory and clothing retail experience
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a drug test and obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission.
