Job Summary
Responsible for delivering drink orders and maintaining beverage stations on the gaming floor. Requires initiative in guest service, compliance with gaming regulations, and effective communication. Must provide excellent customer service, maintain professional appearance, and assist with guest inquiries. Experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; must be familiar with cocktail mixes and basic math. Position involves working evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
- Must maintain a neat and professional appearance and always uphold company appearance standards
- At least six (6) months’ server experience in a full-service bar and/or restaurant preferred
- Must be familiar with cocktail/bar mixes and able to communicate this to guest questions
- Must be able to perform basic math/cash handling without the use of electronics
- Basic knowledge of Micros POS systems
- Must work well as a team and maintain confidentiality
- Able to provide work authorization documents
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service in a demanding environment preferred
- Previous cocktailing experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Required to obtain and maintain a gaming license to work in a casino from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
- Must have Otoe Missouria Gaming Permit
- Must have a Liquor License
