Job Summary
Coordinate, lead, and perform food preparation activities and cooking for multiple outlets. On-board and train all new cooks. Ensure opening and closing guidelines of the department are met. Requires two years of experience as a Cook in Hospital Food Services or restaurant, ServSafe Certification, and rotating weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience as a Cook in Hospital Food Services or restaurant
- ServSafe Certification
- Weekend Requirements: Yes- Rotating Basis
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of common dietary modifications
