Job Summary
Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods using standardized recipes while overseeing all cooks and ensuring HACCP standards are followed. Monitors food production schedules, documents preparation and usage, and maintains quality, safety, and sanitation standards through daily checklists. Estimates food requirements, controls serving portions, and standardizes or develops new recipes to minimize waste. Instructs and delegates duties to cooks, fills in for the Supervisor as needed, and makes menu changes after consulting leadership. Responds to customer needs and informs leadership of quality issues while completing required in-services and opening/closing duties. Weekend and holiday rotation required; weekend and holiday rotation required.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
- Minimum of 3 years Related work experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
