First Assist, Certified Main OR

Under the direct supervision of the surgeon, performs surgical interventions of assigned patients within the operating room suite. Responsibilities include assisting at the surgical field, suturing, and achieving hemostasis. The role may require proficient performance in the scrub technician capacity as directed by the charge RN. Experience, knowledge, and teamwork are essential for enhancing patient safety and satisfaction.
