Job Summary
Deliver engaging, simulation-based first aid courses to diverse organizations across the Sale region, adapting delivery styles for varying client groups and environments. Travel to client sites throughout the region with optional interstate opportunities, utilizing current or former emergency response experience to create high-intensity, real-world training scenarios. Receive full training, equipment, and ongoing support from the national team while accessing opportunities to expand into electrical rescue, fire, tactical, or mental health training. Maintain professional presence and facilitate sessions that empower participants to make life-saving decisions in unscripted emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Drivers licence and vehicle to travel to course locations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, fire EMR, military medic, or in a similar emergency response role
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Professional presence and ability to engage diverse groups
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122), or evidence of enrolment in TAE40122. or willingness to undertake this prior to employment
