Job Summary
Vice President of Employee Readiness within the Firmwide Resiliency Office leads and shapes end-user learning experiences, partnering with resiliency teams to manage multiple projects, define scope, oversee change management, and produce firmwide communications. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining training materials in Confluence, coordinating system releases and launches, delivering in-person and virtual trainings, translating content for various delivery methods (communications, web-based content, PowerPoint or video), gathering stakeholder input, validating pain points, embedding scenarios into role-based training, maintaining program materials and intranet sites, providing timely reporting, and creating executive overview slides. The role requires acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, staying current on new products/services, and influencing processes to improve user experience. Required capabilities include Bachelor’s degree, resiliency/risk management/process improvement experience, large-audience communications, excellent presentation skills, strong problem-solving/analytic abilities, proficiency with Zoom and Confluence, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Resiliency / Risk Management / Process Improvement experience / Project Management
- Experience in writing and managing broad/large audience communications
- Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of interactive tools (Zoom, Confluence)
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint skills
