Job Summary
Implement process automation solutions and analytics using Business Intelligence tools like Python, Tableau, and Alteryx to drive process discovery through stakeholder partnerships. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and testing to implementation and documentation while collaborating with system owners to automate repetitive data clean-up and aggregation. Deliver timely, efficient solutions that improve data quality and streamline information delivery, communicating analysis findings and recommendations to executive leadership. Execute the department's multi-year transformation agenda by integrating LLM capabilities and adopting cutting-edge technologies to empower regulatory reporting teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years' experience in design and delivery of analytics, reporting and process automation solutions
- Proficiency with SQL, Databricks, Python and/or Alteryx
- Experience with data visualization tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with integrating LLM capabilities into analyses via API queries, prompt engineering, or other methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in collaborating with and presenting to non-technical audiences
- Willingness to learn and adopt new cutting edge technologies, toolsets and techniques
