Job Summary
Product Owner Executive Director within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis team leading the multi-year transformation to modernize regulatory reporting. Oversees end-to-end design, build, and implementation of the regulatory reporting platform supporting CCAR/DFAST, Consolidated, Capital, and Standalone deliverables; drives data sourcing, transformation logic, and reporting processes; ensures BAU maintenance amid changing regulatory requirements; mentors a small team; presents updates and recommendations to executives. Requires 10+ years in regulatory reporting at large financial institutions, strong program management, and hands-on skills in data transformation, data architecture, data governance, AWS, AI/ML, and automation; Bachelor’s degree required; consulting experience highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor9s degree required
- 10+ years of experience in major financial institutions, with deep expertise in regulatory reporting, technology transformation, and organizational change
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from conception to delivery
- Extensive project management experience with structured planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and successful execution of complex programs
- Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of data transformation, data architecture, data lineage, and data governance, with hands-on coding skills and proficiency with AWS, AI/ML, automation, and other emerging technologies
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
