Job Summary
Product Owner on the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team responsible for managing the traditional credit product book of work, developing roadmaps, and delivering on multiple projects across Finance, Credit Risk & Treasury releases. Responsibilities include JIRA grooming and test execution, issue resolution, communicating with senior stakeholders, driving compliance with product and Release Management standards, supporting end-to-end project strategy, documenting business processes, enabling end-user operational experiences, and overseeing release plans with milestones and test strategies. Requires collaboration with data SMEs, consumers, and technology teams; familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA, and financial/regulatory reporting concepts; knowledge of traditional credit and trading products is a plus. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of PM/BA experience preferred; strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of project management and business analysis experience and process re-engineering
- Proven experience in supporting delivery of large complex programs and building senior stakeholder relationships
- Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently
- Must be detail oriented, highly responsible and able to work with tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to various audiences
- Ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships with partner teams
