Job Summary
Lead central program management for firmwide risk and control initiatives; own end-to-end execution of priority programs; develop executive reporting; partner with senior leaders to drive program progress; perform complex data analysis to support strategic decision making; design and implement strategic operating models and process improvements to uplift the firm’s risk and control environment; collaborate across lines of business to deliver outcomes with firmwide impact; communicate findings to management and regulators as applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry and/or consulting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management
- Strong project management skills, with emphasis on controls and focus on process improvement
- Excellent analytical skills
- Team player with proven flexibility, adaptability and reliability
- Exceptional critical thinking, project management, analytical and communication skills
- Excellent business judgment to enable effective and objective decision making
- Sense of urgency, intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, analytical and problem solving skills
- Results driven, have attention to detail, and skilled at diplomatically breaking down barriers and obstacles
