Job Summary
Firmwide Control Initiatives – Control Program Associate responsible for managing transformational and complex initiatives across firmwide programs; develops key reference data packs from multiple source platforms to provide an operational risk view for stakeholders, ensures BAU control monitoring for compliance, supports change management deliverables including tracking for Confluence sites, assists PMO with action capture from stakeholder meetings, partners across locations to optimize processes and escalate issues, identifies control gaps and risks, supports design and implementation of new Control BAU processes, and conducts system testing of new applications to support Controls strategy while identifying opportunities for new components.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of working experience
- Analytical with good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder queries across the globe
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications with intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, charts, paste special) and PowerPoint
- Experience with Confluence site creation and management
- Working knowledge of Alteryx/Tableau/Python
- Experience of process redesign to transform and enhance processes
- Ability to function in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task and identify high-priority deliverables and execute in a timely manner
- Ability to analyze complex information, extract required information and identify potential issues
