Job Summary
Firm Initiatives & Operations Leader responsible for advancing strategic initiatives, enhancing internal processes, and driving operational efficiency across multiple functions. Partner with CSS leadership and the COO to execute transformation projects, monitor budgets and KPIs, deliver data-backed insights, and prepare analyses for executive leadership, board, and private equity. Lead cross-functional initiatives, integration of acquired firms, and international office collaboration, while overseeing facilities strategy, lease management, and space planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10+ years of relevant experience; CPA experience is preferred. Strong analytical mindset, ability to translate data into actionable plans, and excellent communication to influence stakeholders are essential.
