Sales Outfitter - Firearms is responsible for maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with Floor and Counter Sales of other Hunting Merchandise. They greet customers, assist with product selection, provide information, promote programs (including CLUB membership, VOC and In Store Pick up), ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately, maintain product knowledge, and keep the sales floor stocked and organized. The role requires staying knowledgeable of advertised sales, assisting with seasonal merchandise moves, and complying with store policies. The position emphasizes delivering a legendary customer experience and requires familiarity with firearm-related regulations to responsibly advise customers and handle merchandise.
